Photo & Video Turnaround

We know how exciting it is to see the final results after a photoshoot, video production, or wedding. Once the cameras stop, every project moves into post-production, where our team carefully selects, edits, and prepares your final content for delivery.

Most standard photography sessions are delivered within one to two weeks. This includes portraits, couples, families, real estate, events, products, and commercial photography.

Most video projects are delivered within two to four weeks. The timeline may vary depending on the amount of footage captured, the complexity of the edit, and the final deliverables.

Wedding photography and film are typically delivered within four to five weeks due to the volume of content captured and the more extensive editing process.

Capturing your content is only the first part of the creative process. After your session, production, or wedding, our team carefully:

• Backs up and organizes your files
• Reviews and selects the strongest content
• Professionally edits and color-corrects your photos or video
• Reviews the final project for quality
• Prepares everything for digital delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Final photos and videos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery. Your gallery will remain available for six months.

We strongly recommend downloading your final files and keeping your own backups once your project is delivered.

The number of final photographs depends on the service or package selected. When a package includes a minimum number of images, this is the minimum guaranteed delivery—and in many cases, we deliver more.

Your final gallery includes the strongest professionally selected and edited images from your session or event.

RAW and unedited files are not included with our standard services. These are unfinished working files and do not represent the final quality or creative standard of Pacific Photography.

Your service includes the complete creative process, from capturing and selecting to professional editing and final delivery.

If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before confirming your project whenever possible. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule and the size of the project.
