Absolutely. One of the main advantages of working with Pacific is that our divisions can work together as one creative team. A business may hire us to build its website, create professional photography and video, and manage its ongoing marketing. A couple planning a destination wedding may work with Pacific Weddings for planning and Pacific Photography for photo and film. Your services can be combined and personalized based on your project, goals, and budget.

Yes. While Pacific is based in Costa Rica, we work with clients both locally and internationally. Many of our digital services—including web design, SEO, marketing, and creative strategy—can be provided remotely. Our photography and production team is also available for select projects and destinations outside Costa Rica. Pacific is based on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast, with much of our work taking place throughout Jacó, Los Sueños, Herradura, Manuel Antonio, and the Greater San José area. However, our team works throughout Costa Rica. Depending on the service and location, additional transportation, accommodation, or travel fees may apply. For destination projects, simply let us know where you are located and what you have in mind.

The best way to request a quote is through our Contact page, WhatsApp, or directly through the Pacific division related to the service you need. Provide as much information as possible about your project, including the service you’re interested in, your preferred dates or timeline, location, goals, and any specific requirements. The more information we receive from the beginning, the better we can understand your needs and recommend the right service, package, or personalized solution.

Depending on the service, Pacific accepts local bank transfers, credit and debit card payments through secure invoice links, PayPal, and cash in USD or Costa Rican colones. Payment schedules, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the division and service. Full payment details will always be provided during confirming your project or reservation. Please note that applicable Costa Rican VAT (13%) may not be included in advertised prices unless otherwise stated.
