Contact Pacific or the division most closely related to your project. You do not need to have every detail figured out. Start by telling us what you are looking for and what you would like to accomplish.

The more information you can provide, the better we can understand your needs.

Deposits, Payments & Reservations

Payment requirements vary depending on the Pacific division and the service being provided. Some services require a deposit to reserve a date or begin a project. Others may use monthly subscriptions, recurring services, project payments, or personalized payment schedules.

Before confirming any service, we will provide the applicable:

  • Pricing
  • Deposit or initial payment requirements
  • Payment schedule
  • Cancellation or rescheduling terms
  • Applicable taxes

Please note that Costa Rican Value Added Tax (VAT) of 13% may not be included in advertised pricing unless otherwise stated. Payment methods may include local bank transfer, credit or debit card through a secure invoice link, PayPal, and cash in USD or Costa Rican colones, depending on the service.

Good communication is an important part of every successful project. Depending on the service and team, communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, meetings, or our project onboarding process.

To help keep projects organized, we recommend:
