Customer Confidentiality Policy

To further ensure client privacy, Pacific will only share account-related information with the main contact person listed on file for your account. If anyone else from your company or team contacts us requesting sensitive information, our policy is to deny the request and immediately reach out to the primary contact for verification and approval. This ensures that your information is never shared without proper authorization.

Form Testing Transparency

Pacific Web Design: As part of web development processes, Pacific may temporarily include one of our internal email addresses in your website’s contact forms. This is done solely for testing purposes to confirm that form submissions are working properly and that messages are correctly delivered to your inbox.

  • We will run test submissions in collaboration with you at the start of your website launch.
  • Our email will remain in the form for only one or two real inquiries to ensure proper delivery.
  • During this period, we will notify you when we receive messages and confirm that the same messages are reaching your inbox.
  • Once form performance is verified, our email will be permanently removed.
    We respect your privacy and do not retain, store, or review personal or business messages submitted through your site beyond this brief testing period. We have no interest in monitoring your inquiries and prefer to reduce the number of emails we receive on a daily basis.

Ongoing Confidentiality

Even after a project is completed or a service contract ends, Pacific remains bound by this confidentiality policy. Your trust is important to us, and we honor our responsibility to protect your privacy at every stage of our professional relationship.
